I have been importing Vespa's and Lambretta's from Spain since February 2000, Along with second hand parts for the various models. Li 150 being the most common. Although 200cc and 125cc models are available, but are getting quite rare. Below is a list of the various models I have come across:
Jet 200 - with SX side panels and disc front brake.(approx.1800 Made) Jet 200 - with SX side panels and drum front brake. Jet 200 - with Li side panels and drum front brake. Jet 200 Performer Jet 200 Series 80 Jet 200 Exclusive Lynx 200 Lynx 200 electronic Lynx 200 electric start Pony 200 - monkey bike with 200cc engine. (This was a prototype possibly only one made) TV 175 series II (winter model) - with front disc brake and SX style series II headset. (approx.750 Made) TV 175 series II - with front disc brake and turning front mudguard.(approx.750 Made) TV 175 series III - with LI side panels and disc brake. Li 150 Silver special Li 150 special Li 150 Series II Lynx 150 Lynx 150 electronic Li 125 Li 125 series II Lynx 125 Lynx 125 electronic LD 125 Patinette 125 (model D) + 14 other models of Servetta moped based on a motorbike style.
Above is the prototype Lambretta Carro or pick up that I recently managed to get my hands on. It was designed and made in the late eighties at the Lambretta factory In Spain. It is based around a Lynx/Jet 200 engine and has 16 gears 8 forward and 8 reverse. It does run and drive, but a lot of the parts are aesthetic and are only there to show what it would have looked like had it gone into production. It was aimed for the Cuban market initially but the Spanish Lambretta factory ran into financial trouble before they got it into production. |
