POSTAGE UPDATE

We are still experiencing some delays with Royal Mail large letter and small parcel delivery. If your postage is £3.95 you can opt to upgrade to courier delivery. To do this, purchase item number 007106 (additional postage £5.00) before you checkout. We will then send your purchase with DPD tracked delivery service.

TELEPHONE ORDERS

When ordering parts over the phone, please ensure you have the correct part numbers from the website wherever possible. This is usually a six digit number starting with 00. Quoting these numbers ensures a faster transaction and you know you will be getting the right parts. we stock over 10,000 different parts and want to make sure you get the correct ones.
If for some reason you can’t supply the part number, please give us as much detail about your scooter as possible – make, model, manufacturer, engine size, year of registration and any modifications. Please also give as many details as possible about the part you are looking for. If you are unsure what it is you need and need some technical advice, just call to book a time slot with Buzz.

Our scooter showroom is currently being run on a
"By Appointment only" basis, but you are still more than welcome to ring and make a one to one appointment to View our current stock.

As we move out of Covid Restrictions Our Parts Collection Point is now also open for passing custom, so if you just want a couple of bits you can now call in without pre - ordering. Although Orders can be taken at the counter, we would ask you to ring through or email any Long lists or large orders in advance to give us time to get them ready as our trade counter can only accomadate a couple of people at a time and Priority will be given to Click and Collect Orders. Please be aware this is still just a Parts collection Point / Trade counter. The old shop and showroom as we knew it unfortunately no longer exist.
With over 75% of our custom now being from On-line sales, we have been forced to take the business more into this direction and have had to turn the old shop area over to a functioning Picking, Packing and Goods in and out area to reflect the growing mail order side of our trade.

You can order all your parts via our website, Ebay or telephone and choose to have them delivered to you directly or “Click and Collect” from our trade counter.

Our telephone order line and parts counter are open from 9.30am until 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Our mail order slaes, our website and Ebay store operate 24/7, but please note that we are basically a Monday to Friday 9 till 5 Business and therfore any orders placed after 3pm or any emails or messages left after 5pm on Friday will not be picked/shipped/ answered, until the following Monday.

What’s covered when you buy a scooter from Buzzsolomoto

1) Every scooter we sell is fully UK registered All scooters come complete with a NOVA and dating certificate (unless otherwise stated)
2) All our scooters are now imported under the new current UK and European impost laws
3) All UK VAT and import duties have been paid. You will not have to pay any extra duties or Tax on our vehicles
4) All export documents have been completed, paid for and finalised
5) All the legal processes have been followed so you have total peace of mind
6) We fill out the V55/5 vehicle registration form for you
The only extra costs will be the £55 registration fee and the appropriate road tax (for vehicles under 40 years old). Vehicles over 40 years old are tax exempt
